By accessing or purchasing from Kayla Shantal Beauty LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Kayla Shantal Beauty LLC offers luxury hair extensions, custom wigs, and wig-related services. All products and services are provided subject to availability and acceptance of these terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incomplete or inaccurate information.

PROCESSING, CUSTOMIZATION, AND SHIPPING

• Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for all orders to be processed.
• Custom Wig Construction & Customization: Begins once required measurements and details are received. Construction takes approximately 7–10 business days.
• Shipping Time: Hair extension orders ship within 2–3 business days after processing.
• All orders include tracking information once shipped.
• Signature confirmation is required upon delivery.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Kayla Shantal Beauty LLC.

CUSTOM ORDERS & MEASUREMENTS

• All custom wig orders require accurate head measurements.
• Measurements must be taken while hair is braided or styled as it will be worn under the wig.
• Kayla Shantal Beauty LLC is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.

SALES POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)

Due to the customized nature of our products and services:

• All sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• This includes custom wigs, wig revamps, hair extensions, and coloring services.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

HAIR COLORING & SERVICES

• Hair coloring services are available by request and must be added at checkout.
• Certain colors (such as platinum blonde or fantasy/rainbow tones) are not offered.
• Consultation is required prior to ordering for custom color requests.

PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE

Proper care and maintenance are required to preserve the quality and longevity of your hair products. Kayla Shantal Beauty LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, excessive heat, chemical processing, or neglect after delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Kayla Shantal Beauty LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kayla Shantal Beauty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kayla Shantal Beauty LLC operates.
