Please allow 2–3 business days for all orders to be processed.

Hair Extension Orders:

Once processed, hair extension orders will ship within an additional 2–3 business days.

Custom Wig Orders & Services:

All custom wig orders and wig services require 7–10 business days for customization before shipping. Wig construction and customization will begin once head measurements are received via email.

Shipping timeframes begin after processing and customization are complete. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

All custom items from Kayla Shantal Beauty are made specifically to your selections and measurements.

Because of this:

• All custom orders are final sale
• Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once processing has begun
• This includes custom wigs, wig revamp services, coloring services, and altered units

Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

Proper measurements are essential to achieving a secure, comfortable, and natural fit.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate head measurements taken while hair is braided or styled as it will be worn under the wig.

Kayla Shantal Beauty is not responsible for:

• Incorrect measurements provided by the client
• Fit issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements

Custom units are not eligible for refunds or remakes due to measurement errors. Any requested adjustments may require additional fees.

Color services are offered to enhance and customize your unit.

Please note:

• Results may vary based on the starting color and condition of the hair
• Reference photos are encouraged for clarity
• Platinum blonde and fantasy/rainbow colors are not offered

Color preference is subjective. For this reason:

• All color services are final sale
• No refunds or exchanges are provided due to color dissatisfaction

Consultation is strongly recommended prior to ordering any color service.

For the security of your order, signature delivery is required on all shipped packages.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

• Kayla Shantal Beauty is no longer responsible for the shipment
• Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages are not replaced or refunded

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

The longevity and appearance of your Kayla Shantal Beauty wigs and hair extensions depend on proper care, handling, and maintenance.

Please note:

• All hair is 100% human, and its lifespan may vary based on frequency of wear and maintenance routine
• Heat styling, coloring, chemical services, and environmental exposure can affect the quality and longevity of both wigs and extensions
• Regular cleansing, conditioning, and proper storage are essential to maintaining softness and shine

With proper care, hair extensions and custom units can last up to 1–2 years. However, longevity is not guaranteed and depends entirely on use and care.

Kayla Shantal Beauty is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, excessive heat, chemical processing, or alterations performed after delivery.
