BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INVESTMENT
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the appointment day via Zelle, card, or cash.
ON-TIME ARRIVAL GUIDELINES
Arrive on time to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. Appointments will be canceled if you're 20+ minutes late.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee for the booked service.
NO SHOW POLICY
No exceptions: no-shows will incur the full service fee and result in a permanent ban on future bookings.
REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable.
CLIENT POLICY
No guests or additional attendees are permitted.
COVID-19
If you're experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who's tested positive, please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive, I'll have to refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited.
